Key Experience
Kyle is a director at Epoch Resources with in-depth experience in mine residue and geotechnical engineering. Since beginning his career in 2014, he has specialised in the design, monitoring and environmental management of tailings facilities across South Africa and the broader region. His expertise encompasses probabilistic water balance modelling, seepage and stability assessments, flow-slide analysis, stormwater design and closure planning. Kyle holds both a BEng (Civil) and a BEng Honours in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Pretoria, and he has worked with clients such as Ivanhoe Mines, Alphamin Resources, Platinum Group Metals, ERG and Tronox.
